The overall experience was fantastic.

I would like to thank Chris (service writer) for getting a tire covered under warranty for me. Not only did he get the tire covered but he allowed me to take it off my bike and bring the tire in so I wouldnt have to ride over 100 miles to get there with a nail in my tire. Anyway, thank you Chris and Freedom Powersports for getting me in and out in less than an hour.

Was a pleasure buying a BMW motorcycle over there in Hurst, Texas. Great customer service and great communication, the most important... EASY.. EASY .... Bought a Polaris Ranger 800 from Freedom in August. Was very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. Took a little bit longer than I had anticipated to get the deal done, but it was well worth it. I will go back when I decide to get another machine.

When I requested a qoute for a blue Vrod, Chase tried to contact me the very next day. Unfortunately, i was sick and did not return his call. after about a week, Chase calls to inform me that the Blue Vrod was sold, but that they had a silver one. I asked for all the info on the bike and Chase sent it to me, right away. I bought it and had to wait a week to pick it up. When I went to pick up my Vrod, the whole staff was very nice, felt like I was a friend and not just a customer. Thank you Chase, Bryce, Darius, Sean, and Larry, for a great experience on my purchase at Freedom Powersports (Hurst location).

I brought my '05 Harley Sportster 883 XL in for servicing a few months back. Having moved from the TX Coast, my bike had rust and overall degraded wear and tear on the carb. It also needed a tune up and oil change badly. Bryce hooked me up and they did a great job on the service. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a great shop. :)

First time bike owner, could not walk away from the 06 Victory Hammer. Chase was awesome to work with and hands down got me better financing than every other place i went to including my own Credit union. Will keep my business with Freedom.

We went into the store on Saturday, first time ever shopping for a bike. We were greeted by a young man named Chase, he was very knowledgable about all the bikes, very friendly and helpful. He answered our many questions, assisted me with financing, even called for an insurance quote. We purchased the bike that same day and it was delivered to our house within 2 hours. Now thats service!!! My husband and I both feel great about our first experience with them, we feel we got a fair deal, we left feeling well informed about our purchase. We will definitley go back for our next bike.
